This stupid negro decides he wants to drink and drive, speed, cause a car accident that instantly killed 1… THEN SHOOT AND KILL A FUCKING GOOD SAMARITAN HELPING AFTER HE SAW THE CRASH?!?!?!

And to think this idiot has kids. God help those little accidents.
